The footage shown was the Apollo 11 space launch, and a voiceover proclaimed, “Ladies and gentlemen, rock and roll,” and with that, MTV was born. This pajama set-top features the MTV logo in neon yellow, pink, and blue with the phrase “Music Television” below it. The bottoms feature cassette tapes in those same colors and an all-over print of the same MTV logo. The pajama shorts contain an elastic waistband that fits every fan, and the whole pajama set is 100% polyester jersey.
